Service Description

The Friends of Warringah (FOW) is proud to be once again assisting local junior clubs and the Warringah Junior Reps by providing support around key areas in the game such as the breakdown, the scrum, tackle technique, body position and neck strengthening. The FOW has engaged the service of Sam Needs for the 2020 season. Sam will deliver neck strengthening, technique around the contact zone and speciality training in areas such as the scrum. This training will be made available free of charge for local junior clubs and Warringah Junior Rep program Sam Needs back ground: - Qualified sports science degree - Qualified trainer - Professional Rugby Player - Technical Coach at GPS school and 1st Grade Shute Shield Club - Author of Scrum Strong
