The Rats Shed has been pumping with past ad present players, local community members and those who have enjoyed being a part of the Warringah Rugby family over the years.
Held at Concept 42 - 81 Bassett Street Mona Vale, Sam Ward and ex league superstar Jason Death run a weekly training group that is filled with banter and whole lot of laughs.

Sessions costs:
1 x session $15 or you are able to purchase in bundles of 5 or 10.
