Junior Rats Pre-Season at Palm Beach
Saturday saw the Warringah Junior Rats complete their final pre-season training session at Palm Beach under the watchful eye of Rob Roland-Smith (aka Sandhill Warrior).
After kicking off the 2020 campaign in early November we have seen over 160 kids across three age groups complete three tough days of testing, team building, fitness, and mental strength training. Every session has been designed to ensure the Rats Culture is instilled in every rugby playing boy, girl, and parents that participated.
Just like all the other Warringah Rats our players are working hard to earn their Christmas pudding. The hard work on the sand-hills of Palm Beach will be the cornerstone of our 2020.”
We would like to thank every member of the FOW for the ongoing support in growing the junior Rats. The weekend's session was an amazing experience for all involved and was only possible due to the support and assistance of the FOW.
