Rats Giving Back

Over the last couple of years the FOWRF have invested some of our funds into specialised coaching for the Junior Rugby clubs.  

Recently, Rats First XV front rowers, Sam Needs and Rory O’Connor, have been out and about with the Junior Clubs. Rory worked with the Narrabeen Tigers U16’s at the Academy of Sport, using the new scrum machine purchased by the FOWRF last year.

In addition, Sam Needs ran sessions at Rat Park with the Narrabeen Tigers U10’s, 11’s, 12’s and 13’s. 

The more kids playing rugby on the peninsula the better!!!
