RATS SHED IS PUMPING
Another great session last Wednesday night at the Rats Shed!!!
Current Rats No 8 and club physiotherapist, Sam Ward from PhysioWard, has joined forces with former NRL player, Jason Death from C42 Gym, to start Rats Shed.
Rats Shed is a weekly training session for all old Rats and it a perfect opportunity to have any injuries assessed and catch-up with some old Rats mates. Rats Shed is held every Wednesday night at 6.15pm at C42 Gym, Bassett Street, Mona Vale. Come along and join in!!!
